I dunno whats wrong with Toyota...they've been selling this car in India for the last 8-9 years but one thing that still persists to change in the car is its suspension. For a car that comes at a price tag of 11-13 lakhs the suspension feels very wobbly...at times you just feel the bumps so hard. The car is otherwise such a pleasure to drive & offers an incomparable driving pleasure. Then why fall short on the suspension department?

The suspension of the other cars in the same segment like the Civic or the Skoda or the Optra feels so much more in sync with the frame on the car. The ride is just so comfortable & you hardly feel those bumps on the road.

I think its high time that Toyota looks into the matter seriously & takes steps to revamp the short comings of the highest selling car ever in this segment - the Corolla !!

PS: I guess lets just hope that they'll look into this aspect while introducing the next generation Corolla in mid 2008
