Well folks, the Fiesta DuraTorq definitely goes down as one of the best diesel cars to hit the Indian roads in 2007 in the under 8 lakhs category (the other one definitely has to be the Swift DDiS). When i drove this car for the first time (which happened to be one of my friend's), i was almost taken aback by the sheer refinement of the engine under the hood of this brilliant performer. For some reason this car never fails to impress you, from the moment you hit the pedal to the moment u actually reach your destination. And the engine churns out some great mileage figures in the city hovering between the 17-19 km/l mark.
Its a great car to own, specially if its a diesel sedan that you're looking for. You'll just simply love it. Take Ford's word on this one..you'll definitely Go Fida!!
