    Which sumo is better?The old Tata Sumo or the new Sumo Grande?

    I would say the Sumo Grande any day - whether its in terms of styling, or passenger comfort or the performance of the new 2.2L DiCOR engine. This one has all the features to be called a complete family car now which was pretty much missing in the last generation of the Sumo.

     

    There are times when change is necessary and this happened to be one of those times for the Tata Sumo.

     The Sumo grande is definitely a better pick not only is it more elegant but performance wise also it has been improvised.

     The 2.2 Dicor engine definitely packs a lot of power in it.

     The Sumo Grande is going to be tough competition for the Scorpio even the mHawk.

     I think the sumo is going to be a tough competition for all the cars in the SUV category.

     I am sure people are going to forget about the rest of the SUV's once the Sumo Grande arrives. It is also faster than most of them.

     What makes it faster is the 2.2 dicor engine.

     Will petrol or Diesel give me better millage ???.

    Diesel will give better millage in city it gives 9.6 km/ltr and on highway it gives 13.2 km/ltr. will let you know about it more after the test drive.

    As I've seen some pictures of Sumo Grande's interior it looks like TATA has tried to give a lot than the earlier version.

    yes, they have added lots of things like cup holder in glove compartment, for second row passengers and what i liked the most was AC vents for second and third row passengers.

    They also have a drawer under the passenger seat.
