Mahindra’s Auto Sector sells 20282 vehicles (Domestic + Exports) in October 2008

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.), a part of the US $6.7 billion Mahindra Group, announced its October 2008 automotive sales figures.
M&M’s domestic volumes for the month of October 2008 stand at 19899 units, as against 23578 units in October 2007.
The company sold a total of 20282 vehicles (Domestic + Exports) in October 2008, as against 24679 vehicles (Domestic + Exports) sold in October 2007.
M&M’s domestic YTD volumes for the month of October 2008 stand at 136870 units, as against 124476 units in the same period last year.
The company exported 383 units in October 2008, as against 1101 units exported in October 2007.
