If u are a 4x4 lover.. d Xylo is not for you. But if u r looking 4 a vehicle that can fit in ur large family comfortably and also carry some cargo. Then Xylo is surely the best choice for you for around 8.8-lakhs-on road(E8-top version). GOOD features of Xylo- 1. Exterior looks of an off-roader.(best color- brown)even better than some SUVs. 2. Very very spacious.. u can even walk between seats. 3. Best in class.. 3rd row seats. (in comparison to Innova) 4. Dashboard is stylish and the steering wheel big n chunky. 5. Value for money.(Priced b/w 6.6 to 9 lakhs) 6. Low maintenance.(in comparison to Safari) BAD features of Xylo- 1. Cheap plastics. 2. Low kmpl (actual mileage around 9kmpl) 3. 8-Seater available only for commercial purpose not for family. So if ur sole purpose is to drive in the city and less of off-roading.. then this Mahindra vehicle is a sure value for money MUV.. yeah.. its just that an MUV.. but on that grounds.. it does full justice to its MUV tag. BEST part- not only it fits 7 people very loosely.. also the third row can be folded to carry a lot of cargo. WORST part- the rear door hardly has any purpose.. because you need to get to the third row from the 2nd row seats.. which cn be a bit odd.

I am a proud owner of Xylo E8 ABS BS-iv diamond white. It has been a month of my experience with it. I feel extremely comfortable and the only drawback was the interior plastics which i feel is ok for the price tag given.I have completed 4k right now i have minor issues with the car. 1.The right arm was making a slight tick- tick noise when hard braking which was not yet rectified. 2.My audio stooped working after 10days of my purchase which was rectified the day after by changing the entire key set and by re-programming. Accept these issues the driving experience is awesome. i traveled 600km with just one stop for lunch and i was very comfortable and i feel as fresh as it was when i started that trip. I give 100% for its comfort and space. Another plus was its FE. I was shocked to have a 16KMPL by tank full to tank full method on this 600KM trip on NH5 maintaing a speed of 60-80KMPH i.e below 2000rpm. Totally i love Xylo

the Xylo, is tough competition for all the luxury sedans in the market. Its comfy theatre-style seating, front seats that can be converted into flat beds and foldable flight-trays, give the Xylo a lounge-like feel. The car is available in 4 variants and eight elegant shades

Xylo is an exceptionally good option for a mid size family, who are looking for an SUV but do not wish to spend 15-20 lacs on acquiring such a vehicle.I happened to drive xylo from Noida to Nainital (belonging to my friend, who also wanted to know if he had made a right decision and my feedback) and was quite impressed with the vehicle. Xylo is good on roads and hills alike and a good value for money car i must say. Its a spacious vehicle, and layout of sitting is very convenient as well. AC works just fine and overall air circulation is good with its split AC vents. Xylo may lack in punch and torque of a regular SUV, but then what other options we have in such a price range? Overall a good family car, which can be used effectively in the city and holidays.

Its an overall a good vechile which is smart spacious reliable and a sturdy one. The only flaw is its boxy looks which may upset the buyer who is looking for looks, but otherwise the xylo is a very good vechile backed by a country wide service net work of mahindra & mahindra wherever you go even in the remotest of north eastern region

Please make a better Xylo model, it looks like a taxi or a cab and the performance is also not so good, I have never buy. I think Bolero is better than this, look wise or we can say comfort wise. I really hate Xylo pls. modify and convert into a new and a sexy model. I would love to use your new release Mahindra XUV500 or Scorpio.
