I purchased Etios G Petrol variant on Jan, 2011. This car is self driven, and my observation is 1. Noisy Cabin [Enging and Road noise are louder than other cars in same bracket] 2. Fuel efficiency not exceptional - I get 11 KMPL in City, and 14.5 in highwar - Without AC 3. Control and handling is quite good. 4. Suspension is also good. 5. Space is excellent. 6. 2011 Toyota Etios V, Guzzler!

I purchased one Toyota Etios (V) model car from Madhuban Toyota in Mumbai in July 2011. Since the day of purchase, till now (October 2012) I have used the car over 8000 kms. This car is perhaps the worst car I have purchased in my life. The approximate fuel consumption in city driving is 6 KMPL!, on the highway and expressway it does better at 11.5 KMPL. This is an extremely far cry from the claimed efficiency of 17kmpl as certified by ARAI, and way below Toyota claim of 12kmpl (city) and 18 kmp...
