The new Pajero will also make its way to the Indian market in 2012. The new sportier SUV from the Japanese manufacturer will feature a 2.5-liter 4 cylinder intercooled turbocharged DOHC diesel unit producing 135bhp and 314Nm of torque. It will also be equipped with ABS, Airbags, EBD, Collapsible steering column, Reverse Camera, Cruise Control & 2 DIN touchscreen. The new Pajero Sports looks very different than the current model available in the country. The new version will be sportier looking than the present one and would be a 7 seater. The car would cost around Rs.20 lakh and will be available in the first half of 2012.
