Is the contact dealer service free?
Yes, very much. This basic aim of this service is to enable you to quickly contact dealers for further information.
Am I obligated to purchase a vehicle if I contact a dealer?
No, you are under no obligation to purchase a vehicle if you submit the form for contact dealer. This service is only to help you get more information from the dealers and make an informed purchase decision.
Can I cancel a "Contact Dealer" request after it is submitted?
No, there is currently no provision to cancel a submitted request online. You will have to inform the dealer when he contacts you.
What if I have already been to the dealer that I am being shown in the Contact Dealer form?
No problem at all. If you need more information from that dealer feel free to contact him again. Visiting the dealer before submitting a request in no way excludes you from benefiting from this service.
What if I have not been contacted by the dealership to which I submit a request?
Normally the dealers are diligent in getting in touch with interested buyers. However in case you are not contacted, you can mail us at support@driveinside.com. Make sure you send us the details of your request.
How many contact dealer requests can I submit?
There is no limit to the number of requests that you can submit.
Is your service available internationally?
Currently this service is available only in India. You need an Indian contact address to register and to submit a contact dealer request. If you stay outside India and want to submit requests to dealers in India you can do so with Indian contact details.
What if the dealers I am shown are far from where I stay?
This service automatically shows you the dealers that are closet to you. You can expand the list to see dealers in your state, in and around and your state and in India.
What if the dealer I contacted does not have the vehicle I want?
The vehicle inventory with a dealer varies from time to time. If one dealer cannot provide a certain vehicle, you can contact another dealer of the same make.
Where can I report an incorrect pincode?
Please use the Pincode Error Reporting Form to report any errors related to pincodes.
Where do I report inaccurate content?
If you find any information on the website to be inaccurate or inappropriate, please mail as at feedback@driveinside.com or send us your feedback through the Feedback Form on our website.
How can I change my primary email id at DriveInside.com?
Log in to your DriveInside.com My Account. On page that opens, click on the Account Settings tab on the top right corner. Use the Manage Email IDs tab on the following page to change your login email ID.
How can I change my login password at DriveInside.com?
Log in to your DriveInside.com My Account. On the page the opens, click on the Account Settings tab on the top right corner. Use the Change Password tab on the following page to change your login password.
How can I close my DriveInside.com account?

How can I change my profile details?
Log in to your DriveInside.com My Account and then do the following:

Someone has hacked my account. What to I do?
If you are unable to access your account or if you feel that someone has broken your account then mail your profile details to support@driveinside.com and we'll investigate the abuse.
What do I do if I forget my password?
To recover your password, click on the Forgot Password? Click here link on the DriveInside.com login page. Enter your email id and type the numbers that you see in the distorted image box and click on the Submit button. A mail containing your password will be sent to your login email id.

How do I sign out of DriveInside.com?
Just click on the Sign out link on the top left of the page after you have used your DriveInside.com account.
