The Honda Accord Hybrid has been a great success for the Japanese car maker on a global level, and ever since the car was launched in India it has sold in good numbers. The Accord Hybrid is also one of the earliest hybrid vehicles to be brought to India, which means that Honda has been pioneering the hybrid vehicle in the country. It competes with the Toyota Prius and Camry hybrid, but there are other luxury cars such as Lexus that are now focusing on the Hybrid vehicle in India as well.
The large bonnet smoothly leading into the bold chrome grille gives the Accord Hybrid a muscular stance on the road. Honda has even gone berserk with LED lighting on this car and uses them in the headlights, Daytime Running Lamps, fog lamps and taillights. In profile, the multi-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels make the car stand out and give it a sporty appeal. The roof flows suavely from the c-pillar leading onto the boot and there is a nice sunroof as well. The rear however feels a lot understated in comparison to the rest of the design.
