Service is the big problem. Specially in a city like Agra. Ms. Atma Ram is not at all good for service. The owner is just not interested in how the service happening. people find it extremely difficult to get the service done. Though I love Mahindra SUVs and other jeeps but people in the front office...?????? Mahindra does not know to sell a car.
